My name is Danny Lobos.
I'm a Chilean Architect, graduated from the School of Architecture of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile (2000). During that period the Architecture School was directed by architect Hans Fox Timmling (PhD University of Stuttgart and Post PhD University of London).
My main field of expertise is teaching and research. I'm currently focused on Sustainable Design, BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAAD Systems (Computer-Aided Architectural Design), subjects that I have taught in several Chilean universities (200-2006) and recently in the Bauhaus University of Weimar (Germany, 2007-2011).
My interest in this area has allowed me to get to know important people in the CAAD Scientist Community all over the world, and I have finished recently my PhD Research titled "BIM Supported Building Envelopes and Space Layout based on a case study in South America".
Present Position
Post-Doc / Research Assistant at the Bauhaus-University Weimar. Chair for Computer Science in Architecture (INFAR).
Teacher for Sustainable Design and BIM Systems courses at the Bauhaus University Weimar.

I will stay about four years in Weimar with my wife Loreto Galdames(.)
